about us

As the company enters its 50th anniversary season, it signals a re-emergence as an active, original-producing force in Toronto. Following a period of profound transition — including the unexpected passing of founding artist Deanne Taylor and the long-term care of Michael Hollingsworth just as the company finally achieved it's art home at 10 Busy Street.

VideoCabaret has recently undertaken a deep and thoughtful restructuring of its leadership and artistic direction. Under the production/programming leadership of Andy Moro, steered by an Artistic Direction Committee, the company is re-articulating. honing and implementing a clear, responsible and formative vision for the next chapter.
